Do what you're told with our Kereta Opinion leaders!

Often when you have a new-to-market client they ask for two things: 

1. An influencer campaign for quick brand awareness

2. A social campaign to build their following

And often when they do we as an agency roll our eyes and wonder what we've done to deserve this. This time though we gave our clients exactly what they wanted, we hired influencers. No seriously we really hired them. Take a look at how we found and hired the best talent for Carsome.

Step 1:

The interviews

To find the best talent you need to conduct a series of interviews to see who fits your company the best. So, we started reading the applications and to our surprise, we got some pretty big names! Names like Elizabeth Tan with 1.9 million followers on Instagram, Douglas Lim with 154k Instagram followers, and Luqman Podolski with 1.2 million Instagram followers respectively. 

But we also needed to see how they'd handle the pressure so we got our actual CEO and heads of the company to speak to them and conduct the interview themselves.

Step 2:

The work

After hiring our new talented interns we got them to do what they do best but we got them to Make It Carsome!
